3. Returns & Refunds
- We offer a money-back guarantee for first-time customers if your pet doesn't enjoy their purchase (excluding shipping). Unopened products can be returned within 7 days for store credit or a refund (minus shipping). Damaged or defective items will be refunded with free return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please contact us at epochalpaws@gmail.com to initiate any return.
