Can cats eat these too, or are they only for dogs?
Yes! Our treats are 100% species-appropriate for both dogs and cats. Just be mindful of portion sizes.
Do I have to feed raw or fresh to give my pet these treats?
Nope! Our treats can complement any diet—kibble, cooked, raw, or a mix. Many pet parents use them as meal toppers to add extra nutrition.
Can I use these as training treats?
Yes! Our treats are high-value, nutrient-dense, and free from fillers, making them perfect for training. You can also break them into smaller pieces.
How should I store the treats?
Store in a cool, dry place in a sealed bag or airtight container. No need to refrigerate!
How long do the treats last?
Our dehydrated treats have a shelf life of approximately 3-6 months once opened. With the resealable bag and oxygen absorber included in our packaging, you can help maintain freshness. Store in a cool, dry place.

Are your treats sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is our long-term goal. While we’re not fully there yet, we’re actively working toward sourcing more sustainable and ethical ingredients as we grow.
Do you use fillers, preservatives, or artificial additives?
Nope! Our treats are 100% natural with no fillers, preservatives, or artificial additives—just pure, single-ingredient goodness.
EDUCATION & MISCONCEPTIONS
My dog is small—are these treats only for big dogs?
Not at all! Our treats are for dogs of all sizes. They can be broken into smaller pieces for small dogs or crumbled as meal toppers.
I’ve heard raw or fresh feeding is dangerous—is that true?
There are a lot of misconceptions about fresh and raw diets, but dogs have been thriving on whole foods for centuries. We always encourage pet parents to do their own research, consult a vet, and find what works best for their pet.
What if my dog is picky?
Every dog is different! If your pup is picky, try breaking the treats into smaller pieces, using them as a meal topper, or pairing them with a favorite food.
Are dehydrated treats the same as raw?
Dehydrated treats are minimally processed, preserving more nutrients than cooked treats, but they’re not exactly raw. They’re a great option for pet parents who want a shelf-stable, nutrient-dense snack.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
What is your return policy?
At Epochal Paws™, we want you and your pup to be happy with our treats! Here’s our return policy:
- First-Time Customer Guarantee: If your dog doesn’t enjoy their first purchase, we offer a one-time full refund (excluding shipping). Just contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a photo showing the product is mostly full.
- Unopened Products: Unused, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or a refund (minus shipping costs).
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

SHIPPING
Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 7-10 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends and holidays may delay the processing time.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time for shipping to remote areas. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information.
