Epochal Paws™ Return & Exchange Policy

At Epochal Paws™, we take pride in providing high-quality, nutritious dog snacks. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

First-Time Customer Guarantee

We stand by our treats! If your dog doesn’t enjoy their first purchase, we offer a one-time full refund (excluding shipping).

  • To qualify, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a photo showing the product is mostly full.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Unopened Products

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit or a refund (minus shipping costs).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

We want to make returns as easy as possible!

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will send you a prepaid return label for free return shipping.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at epochalpaws@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send further instructions, including a prepaid return label for defective items.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Once received, we’ll process your return and issue a refund or store credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Gift Cards: We do not offer gift cards at this time.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.
