We use reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

2. Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 7-10 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that weekends and holidays may delay the processing time.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time for shipping to remote areas. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information.

4. Shipping to International Addresses
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at epochalpaws@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and finding a solution.
